Morpeth Veterinary Hospital provides an after hours and emergency veterinary service outside of our standard business hours to support our existing clients and their animals when urgent care is required.

By accessing or requesting our after hours service, you acknowledge and agree that an additional After Hours Consultation Fee will apply. This fee is separate from and in addition to all other fees, including but not limited to examination, diagnostic testing, treatment, medications, procedures, and hospitalisation.

The applicable after hours consultation fee will vary depending on the time and nature of the service provided and will be clearly communicated to you at the time of booking or presentation, where reasonably practicable, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law requirements.

Payment of the after hours consultation fee is required at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been approved in advance by Morpeth Veterinary Hospital management.

If you choose not to proceed with after hours care after being advised of the applicable fees, you may elect to seek veterinary treatment at an alternative emergency or referral facility.
